Yes, before a product even reaches our store-front it is thoroughly tested to ensure stability, reliability, and safety to our customer's PC's. We also try sticking with known providers.
While we cannot gurantee no game-bans implemented by the game developer, we can gurantee safety to your machine and if we can't, you will recieve a full refund.
Your anti-virus is doing it's job correctly, this isn't a "false-positive" it is simply doing what it's programmed to do.
Due to the nature of how these tools work, you will need to disable your anti-virus.
You can do this by going into Windows Defender (Security) > Virus & Threat Protection > More Options > Real-Time Protection (Turn this off).
The exact steps depend on your motherboard or laptop manufacturer, but the general process is:
Enter the BIOS/UEFI:
- Restart your PC.
- As it starts, repeatedly press the BIOS key:
- Delete or F2 (most desktop motherboards)
- F10, F12, or Esc (some laptops)
- Find the Secure Boot setting
Look under one of these menus:
>Boot
>Security
>Authentication
>Advanced
>Disable Secure Boot
>Select Secure Boot.
>Change it from Enabled to Disabled.
>Save and Exit
You may need to:
- Set an Administrator/Supervisor Password in the BIOS first.
- Disable Fast Boot.
- Switch the OS Type to Other OS (on some ASUS boards).
- Ensure you're in UEFI mode (not Legacy/CSM), depending on the motherboard.
