Cyprus Community – Terms of Service

1. BINDING AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

By clicking "I Agree" on our purchase pages, completing a transaction, or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract under:

• United States: Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C § 7001) and the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C § 45 (a)).
• European Union: Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Unfair Contract Terms Directive (93/13/EU).

2. NON-AFFILIATION NOTICE

Cyprus Community is an independent, privately owned authorized reseller. We are NOT affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, including but not limited to Rockstar Games. This non-affiliation applies to all other game developers, publishers, and software entities whose products may be featured, supported, or sold on our shop. All registered trademarks, brand names, and logos remain the sole property of their respective owners.

3. INTENDED USE: OFFLINE VS. ONLINE

The enhancement tools provided by Cyprus Community are primarily intended for offline, single-player use.

• Offline Functionality: We support the use of these tools for personal experimentation and enjoyment in private, offline modes where they do not impact other players.
• Online Risk: While these products may contain features capable of functioning in online environments, online use is strictly at the user’s own risk.
• Developer Policies: Using these tools in multiplayer or online sessions typically violates a developer’s Terms of Service (TOS) or End User License Agreement (EULA). Cyprus Community does not condone or advise the use of software in a manner that violates these third-party agreements.

4. DIGITAL CONTENT & NO-REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital license keys, all sales are final.

• Immediate Delivery: You consent to the immediate delivery of digital content upon payment.
• EU Customers: You expressly waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU once the digital delivery has commenced.
• Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that the use of modification software may result in account bans or penalties from game developers. Cyprus Community assumes zero responsibility for account suspensions, resets, or bans and will not provide refunds for such occurrences.
• Unintended Use: No refunds will be granted for issues arising from the use of the product for unintended purposes (e.g., online play, reverse engineering said product, etc.).

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING & FEES

We accept Stripe, CashApp, and Cryptocurrencies (BTC & LTC) via our website. Additional methods may be available via our Discord server.

• Processing Fees: A non-negotiable flat fee of $1.25 – $2.25 is applied to every transaction to cover third-party processing costs.
• User Accuracy: * Crypto: You must send the exact amount to the correct address. Errors may result in total loss of funds.
  • CashApp: You must copy and paste the provided note exactly as shown. Failure to do so will result in validation errors. If an error occurs, please open a support ticket in our Discord.
  • Stripe: Ensure your card is compatible. While many prepaid gift cards work, success rates vary.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & COMPLIANCE

• Compatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your hardware and software are compatible with the product before purchasing.
• Product Research: We encourage users to research products on the developer’s respective websites if our descriptions do not provide the level of detail required.
• Strict Compliance: Reselling, account sharing, or reverse-engineering our software is strictly prohibited. Such actions may lead to immediate key revocation by the developer without a refund or replacement.
• HWID Resets: Hardware ID (HWID) resets are subject to the specific developer’s policies. Cyprus Community does not control these resets; you may need to contact the software developer directly for assistance.

7. SECURITY & FRAUD PREVENTION

To maintain a secure marketplace, Cyprus Community employs:

• VPN/Proxy Detection: Use of a VPN or Proxy may prevent you from completing a purchase. This ensures transactions originate from verified geographic locations.
• Email Regex Scanning: We scan for high-risk or malicious email patterns to protect our platform from spam and phishing.

8. AMENDMENTS

Cyprus Community reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
