Cyprus Community – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cyprus Community, including our website, storefront, Discord community, digital products, subscriptions, and related services.

By placing an order, clicking "I Agree," creating or using an account, subscribing to a recurring product, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use our products or services.

1. BINDING AGREEMENT AND ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

By completing a purchase or accepting these Terms electronically, you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with Cyprus Community to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Your electronic acceptance may include:

• Clicking an "I Agree" checkbox or button.
• Completing a checkout.
• Placing an order.
• Creating an account.
• Purchasing or activating a product.
• Subscribing to a recurring service.
• Otherwise affirmatively accepting these Terms.

Cyprus Community may retain records of your acceptance, transaction, payment, delivery, account activity, and related communications.

These records may be used as evidence of the transaction, your acceptance of these Terms, and the fulfillment of your order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

2. NON-AFFILIATION NOTICE

Cyprus Community is an independent, privately operated reseller and is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Rockstar Games, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

This non-affiliation statement also applies to other game developers, publishers, software developers, and third-party companies whose products may be advertised, supported, or sold through our storefront.

All trademarks, service marks, product names, logos, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party companies or products are provided solely for identification, compatibility, or descriptive purposes and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. PRODUCTS AND INTENDED USE

Products sold through Cyprus Community may include:

• Software.
• Digital license keys.
• Digital subscriptions.
• Enhancement tools.
• Modification software.
• Game-related products.
• Other digital products and services.

Products should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with applicable laws and the applicable terms, licenses, and policies of the relevant software or game developer.

Offline Use

Where applicable, certain products may be intended primarily for private, offline, single-player, or otherwise non-competitive use.

Online Use

Some products may technically function in online or multiplayer environments.

Any online use is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk.

Cyprus Community does not guarantee that online use will be permitted by a game developer or publisher.

The customer is solely responsible for determining whether their intended use complies with any applicable third-party Terms of Service, EULA, rules, or policies.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY

Most products sold by Cyprus Community are digital products.

Digital products may be delivered through:

• The Cyprus Community website.
• Your customer dashboard.
• Email.
• Discord.
• An automated delivery system.
• Another delivery method specified at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to complete delivery.

Customers are also responsible for reviewing the following before purchasing:

• Product descriptions.
• Compatibility requirements.
• Supported platforms.
• System requirements.
• Subscription terms.
• Activation limitations.
• Product restrictions.
• Any other information displayed during checkout.

Once a digital product has been delivered, activated, or made available to the customer, Cyprus Community may be unable to recover or revoke the underlying digital content in the same manner as a physical product.

5. DIGITAL CONTENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

5.1 Digital Products

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, or expressly stated by Cyprus Community, purchases of digital products are final once delivery or access has commenced.

Cyprus Community does not provide refunds solely because a customer:

• Changes their mind.
• No longer wants the product.
• Does not use the product.
• Purchases the wrong product.
• Fails to check compatibility before purchasing.
• Discovers that the product does not meet their personal preferences.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review the product description, requirements, supported platforms, and restrictions before completing a purchase.

5.2 EU Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.

For digital content supplied electronically, applicable laws concerning the right of withdrawal may provide an exception where the customer:

• Expressly requests or consents to the supply of the digital content beginning during the withdrawal period.
• Acknowledges that they may lose the applicable right of withdrawal once supply begins.
• Receives any legally required confirmation of the agreement.

Where the legal requirements for such an exception are not satisfied, any applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

6. RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

Certain products offered by Cyprus Community may be available as recurring subscriptions rather than one-time purchases.

Where a product is sold as a recurring subscription, the checkout page will identify the applicable:

• Subscription price.
• Billing frequency.
• Renewal terms.
• Promotional pricing, if applicable.
• Cancellation information.
• Other material subscription conditions.

6.1 Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize Cyprus Community and the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee at the stated billing interval until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise terminated.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew at the standard recurring price after any applicable promotional or introductory period.

Promotional pricing may apply only to the initial billing period or another period expressly stated during checkout.

6.2 Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your Cyprus Community customer dashboard.

Cancellation will prevent future automatic renewals and future recurring charges associated with the subscription.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund a billing period that has already been charged.

Where applicable, you may continue to have access to the subscribed product until the end of the already-paid billing period.

If you experience a technical issue preventing cancellation through the customer dashboard, you should contact Cyprus Community support before your next scheduled renewal so that we can investigate the issue.

6.3 Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, Cyprus Community or its payment processor may attempt to collect the outstanding amount using the retry mechanisms permitted by the applicable payment processor.

Subscription access may be suspended or terminated if payment remains unsuccessful.

6.4 Subscription Records

Cyprus Community may retain records relating to your subscription, including:

• Subscription enrollment.
• Acceptance of recurring billing terms.
• Billing authorization.
• Renewal attempts.
• Payment records.
• Cancellation requests.
• Cancellation dates.
• Account activity.
• Related customer communications.

These records may be retained for legitimate business, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes.

7. PROMOTIONAL CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Cyprus Community may create, commission, purchase, obtain, or otherwise arrange promotional materials for use in connection with its storefront, products, services, and marketing activities.

Promotional materials may include, without limitation:

• YouTube videos.
• TikTok videos.
• X / social-media content.
• Advertisements.
• GFX artwork.
• Thumbnails.
• Banners.
• Product images.
• Logos and promotional designs.
• Written marketing material.
• Product demonstrations.
• Screenshots.
• Edited video content.
• Animations.
• Promotional clips.
• Other advertising or marketing materials.

7.1 Ownership of Promotional Content

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, promotional content created, commissioned, purchased, or otherwise obtained by Cyprus Community for its promotional purposes is owned by, or licensed for use by, Cyprus Community.

Where Cyprus Community commissions a creator, artist, editor, videographer, designer, or other third party to produce promotional content, the applicable agreement may provide for the assignment of intellectual-property rights or a perpetual, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to use the resulting material.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Cyprus Community may:

• Reproduce the content.
• Edit or modify the content.
• Publish the content.
• Display the content.
• Distribute the content.
• Archive the content.
• Advertise using the content.
• Repost the content.
• Use the content on our website.
• Use the content on social-media platforms.
• Use the content in advertisements.
• Use the content in our storefront.
• Use the content on Discord.
• Otherwise use the content for legitimate business and marketing purposes.

7.2 Third-Party Materials

This section does not grant Cyprus Community ownership of intellectual property belonging to an unrelated third party that Cyprus Community has merely been licensed to use.

Third-party trademarks, copyrighted works, music, game assets, logos, and other intellectual property remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing rights.

8. USER-GENERATED OR SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you voluntarily submit photographs, videos, testimonials, reviews, graphics, screenshots, written material, or other content to Cyprus Community for promotional, advertising, support, or business purposes, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that content.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant Cyprus Community a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Reproduce the submitted content.
• Display the submitted content.
• Publish the submitted content.
• Edit or modify the submitted content.
• Distribute the submitted content.
• Use the submitted content for promotional purposes.
• Use the submitted content for advertising purposes.
• Use the submitted content for informational or business purposes.

You must not submit content that you do not have permission or the necessary rights to provide.

9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for:

• Verifying product compatibility before purchase.
• Providing accurate information during checkout.
• Maintaining access to the email address or account associated with their purchase.
• Complying with applicable laws.
• Complying with applicable third-party software and game rules.
• Protecting their account credentials and license keys.
• Using products only as permitted by the applicable license.
• Reviewing product descriptions and requirements before purchasing.

Prohibited Activities

Unless expressly authorized in writing, the following activities are prohibited:

• Reselling purchased licenses or accounts.
• Redistributing purchased licenses or products.
• Unauthorized account sharing.
• Attempting to bypass licensing or activation systems.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying proprietary software where prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to obtain products or services through fraud or deception.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods.
• Intentionally exploiting checkout, delivery, or licensing errors.
• Attempting to circumvent security or fraud-prevention systems.
• Engaging in conduct intended to damage, disrupt, or defraud Cyprus Community.

Where permitted by law, violations may result in:

• License revocation.
• Account restrictions.
• Suspension.
• Termination of services.
• Loss of access to applicable products.

Such action does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

10. HWID RESETS AND THIRD-PARTY SUPPORT

Some products may use hardware identification ("HWID") systems or other device-based activation systems.

HWID resets, device transfers, activation limits, and related services may be controlled by the underlying software developer rather than Cyprus Community.

Where a third-party developer controls these systems, Cyprus Community cannot guarantee that a reset or transfer will be approved.

Customers may be required to contact the applicable software developer directly where the developer controls the relevant system.

11. PAYMENT PROCESSING AND TRANSACTION FEES

Cyprus Community may accept payment methods including:

• Credit and debit cards.
• Stripe.
• Cash App.
• Bitcoin (BTC).
• Litecoin (LTC).
• Other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Additional payment methods may be available through our Discord community.

11.1 Processing Fees

Where disclosed at checkout, a transaction or processing fee may be added to an order to cover third-party payment processing and related transaction costs.

The applicable fee will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

11.2 Payment Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all payment information is accurate.

For cryptocurrency payments, customers are responsible for:

• Sending the correct amount.
• Sending payment to the correct address.
• Following the applicable payment instructions.
• Completing payment within the applicable payment window.

For Cash App or other payment methods requiring a payment reference, note, memo, or identifier, customers must follow the instructions displayed during checkout.

Failure to follow payment instructions may delay order processing or require manual verification.

12. PAYMENT DISPUTES, CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD

Customers are encouraged to contact Cyprus Community support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that the issue can be investigated and, where appropriate, resolved.

A payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically establish that a transaction was unauthorized, fraudulent, or improperly fulfilled.

Cyprus Community may maintain and provide relevant transaction information to payment processors, card networks, financial institutions, fraud-prevention services, or other authorized parties when responding to a dispute.

Such information may include, where applicable:

• Order information.
• Product information.
• Checkout records.
• Customer acceptance of these Terms.
• Transaction timestamps.
• Payment records.
• Delivery records.
• License or key activation records.
• Account activity.
• Subscription enrollment records.
• Subscription cancellation records.
• Customer communications.
• Support-ticket history.
• Fraud-prevention information.
• IP or security information where lawfully collected.
• Evidence demonstrating that the purchased product or service was supplied.

Customers must not knowingly submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with a payment dispute.

If you believe a transaction was genuinely unauthorized, you should contact both your payment provider and Cyprus Community as soon as reasonably possible.

13. SECURITY AND FRAUD PREVENTION

Cyprus Community may use reasonable security and fraud-prevention measures to protect customers, payment systems, and our storefront.

These measures may include:

• VPN and proxy detection.
• Automated fraud screening.
• Suspicious transaction detection.
• Email and domain risk analysis.
• Rate limiting.
• Payment verification.
• Order review.
• Account security checks.
• Other reasonable anti-fraud measures.

A transaction may be delayed, reviewed, rejected, or cancelled where there are reasonable indications of fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, or security concerns.

14. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Cyprus Community does not guarantee that third-party software, platforms, games, servers, APIs, payment processors, or other external services will remain available or compatible indefinitely.

Products may become unavailable due to circumstances outside Cyprus Community's reasonable control, including:

• Third-party updates.
• Service shutdowns.
• Developer decisions.
• Platform changes.
• Security updates.
• Discontinued software.
• Third-party service interruptions.

Where applicable law requires a remedy because a digital product is not supplied, is defective, or does not conform to the applicable contract, Cyprus Community will provide the remedy required by law.

15. ACCOUNT AND LICENSE TERMINATION

Cyprus Community reserves the right, where permitted by law, to suspend or terminate access to accounts, licenses, subscriptions, or services where there is evidence of:

• Fraud.
• Abuse.
• Unauthorized use.
• Payment fraud.
• Material violation of these Terms.
• Conduct creating a legitimate security or business risk.

Termination of access due to a customer's violation of these Terms does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyprus Community will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use or inability to use a product or service.

This may include, where legally permitted:

• Third-party game or software bans.
• Account suspensions.
• Account resets.
• Loss of progress.
• Loss of virtual items.
• Third-party software updates.
• Platform changes.
• Server outages.
• Compatibility issues.
• Discontinued third-party services.
• Unauthorized use of a customer's account.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful use of our services.
• Your material violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of third-party rights.
• Your fraudulent or abusive conduct.

This provision does not apply to the extent that the relevant claim results from Cyprus Community's own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred to the customer.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Cyprus Community may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will generally apply prospectively to purchases and transactions made after the updated Terms become effective.

If a material change affects an existing subscription or ongoing contractual relationship and applicable law requires notice or consent, Cyprus Community will provide such notice or obtain such consent as required by law.

The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms identifies the current version.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. NO WAIVER

A failure by Cyprus Community to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the applicable:

• Product description.
• Checkout disclosures.
• Subscription terms.
• Purchase information.
• Other written agreements expressly incorporated into the transaction.

constitute the agreement between the customer and Cyprus Community regarding the applicable purchase or service.

If a specific written agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the specific agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.

22. APPLICABLE LAW AND MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to the transaction and the parties, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection laws that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory rights granted to them by the laws of their country or place of residence.

Where mandatory consumer law provides a customer with rights or remedies that differ from these Terms, those mandatory rights will apply.

23. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Customers should contact Cyprus Community support as soon as reasonably possible regarding:

• Failed deliveries.
• Incorrect orders.
• Subscription issues.
• Cancellation problems.
• Payment problems.
• Account access issues.
• Product-related issues.
• Other transaction-related concerns.

Providing your order number and relevant transaction information can help us investigate an issue more efficiently.

24. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By completing a purchase or using Cyprus Community's services, you acknowledge that:

• You have had an opportunity to review these Terms.
• You understand the product or service you are purchasing.
• You understand the applicable purchase price.
• You understand the applicable subscription price and billing frequency where applicable.
• You understand that certain products are digital products.
• You understand that certain products may automatically renew until cancelled.
• You understand that recurring subscriptions can be cancelled through your customer dashboard.
• You understand the applicable refund and cancellation conditions.
• You understand the potential risks associated with third-party software and online use.
• You agree to comply with these Terms.
• You have provided accurate information during the transaction.

By proceeding with a purchase, you affirmatively accept these Terms of Service.
