At Cyprus Community, we strive to provide high-quality products and industry-leading support. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate delivery of license keys, all sales are final unless the specific conditions outlined below are met.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement may be granted strictly under the following circumstances:

• Product Malfunction: The product is inherently broken or contains a critical issue preventing it from functioning as intended.
• Unresolved Technical Issues: 1. You have contacted the Cyprus Staff Team for assistance via our Discord ticket system. 2. Our staff has attempted to troubleshoot the issue. 3. If necessary, you followed directions to seek additional support from the software developer’s official channels. 4. If neither our staff nor the developer can resolve the technical issue, you may be eligible for a refund.
• Unauthorized Payment: If you believe your payment method was used without your permission, join our Discord and create a support ticket immediately or email henryholt2026@atomicmail.io. We investigate all claims; please allow 3–5 business days for a resolution.

2. Mandatory Dispute Resolution (Contact Us First)

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you encounter an issue, you must contact us first before reaching out to your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through a replacement key or a formal refund processed by our team.

Warning on Chargebacks & Disputes: Filing a chargeback or a dispute with your bank/payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with Cyprus Community is considered a fraudulent dispute.

In the event of a chargeback:

• All license keys ever purchased from our store will be immediately and permanently REVOKED.
• You will be permanently banned from our Discord and website, and blacklisted from making future purchases.
• A formal counter-dispute, including your acceptance of these Terms, will be submitted to your financial institution.

3. Non-Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of Mind: Regretting a purchase, personal dislike of a product, or failing to research product compatibility/features before buying.
• Account Bans: Refunds will not be issued for bans applied by game developers. You assume all risks associated with using third-party software in an online environment.
• Late Requests: Any request submitted more than 72 hours after the time of purchase will be automatically denied.
• Policy Abuse: Multiple refund requests within a 90-day period will be flagged as suspicious activity and may lead to a permanent service ban.

4. Policy Compliance

• The 72-Hour Window: You have exactly 72 hours from the moment of purchase to report a malfunction and request a refund or replacement.
• Verification: Abuse of this policy to obtain free products is monitored and will result in a permanent ban from future support / services we may provide.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Replacement Policy. Cyprus Community reserves the right to edit/change/modify this refund/replacement policy at any given time. It is your responsibility to re-read these conditions before each purchase.
