Cyprus Community - Refund & Replacement Policy
At Cyprus Community, we strive to provide high-quality products and industry-leading support. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate delivery of license keys, all sales are final unless the specific conditions outlined below are met.
A refund or replacement may be granted strictly under the following circumstances:
The product is inherently broken or contains a critical issue preventing it from functioning as intended.
If you believe your payment method was used without your permission, join our Discord and create a support ticket immediately or email henryholt2026@atomicmail.io. We investigate all claims; please allow 3–5 business days for a resolution.
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you encounter an issue, you must contact us first before reaching out to your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through a replacement key or a formal refund processed by our team.
Filing a chargeback or a dispute with your bank/payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with Cyprus Community is considered a fraudulent dispute.

Regretting a purchase, not liking the product, or the product not meeting personal expectations. Customers are responsible for researching products before purchasing.
Refunds will not be issued for bans applied by game developers. You assume all risks associated with using third-party software in an online environment.
Any request submitted more than 72 hours after the time of purchase will be automatically denied.
Multiple refund requests within a 90-day period will be flagged as suspicious activity and may lead to a permanent service ban.
The 72-Hour Window: You have exactly 72 hours from the moment of purchase to report a malfunction and request a refund or replacement.
Abuse of this policy to obtain free products is monitored and will result in a permanent ban from future support / services we may provide.
